Watch the story behind Luxury Academy and the thinking that continues to shape our work with luxury brands around the world.
What we do
We design programmes around the client’s service model, team roles and customer profile.
Sessions use situations that staff encounter at work, including guest arrival, table service, formal introductions, cross-cultural communication and complaint handling.

Director, Switzerland
Victoria Turegun leads Luxury Academy’s Swiss office and oversees its work with clients across Switzerland, Europe and the Middle East.
As Director, Switzerland, she works alongside Luxury Academy’s specialist trainers and consultants to develop and deliver programmes in luxury service, etiquette, fine dining and international protocol.
The team’s experience includes luxury hotels, Michelin-starred and fine-dining restaurants, hospitality schools, corporate organisations and private clients.
A discreet way of working
Our work often takes place behind the scenes, supporting luxury businesses, senior professionals and private clients in situations where discretion matters.
From the first enquiry through programme delivery and follow-up, commercial information, participant details and the substance of the engagement remain private.
